James Fox is a UK-based property investor and developer with 15+ years’ experience across residential and commercial investment, asset management, and investor-led projects. As Founder and Director of Jaox Ltd, James leads deal sourcing, project execution, and investor delivery across value-add residential opportunities in the South East.
James specialises in acquiring distressed and unmortgageable properties and transforming them into high-performing assets through disciplined refurbishment, creative structuring, and clearly defined exit strategies. He works closely with private investors to deliver secure, transparent investments that balance capital protection with attractive returns.
Outside of property, James enjoys endurance running, speaking at property networking events, and spending time in the countryside with his dogs.
