# Agents – Work With Us

## **Do you have difficult properties that won’t sell?**

### We buy problem properties and can pay referral fees for any successful introduction.

### If you’ve got a listing stuck due to condition, unmortgageable issues, tenants in situ, eviction, probate, structural movement, damp, short lease or complicated title, leave your details and we’ll add you to our referral partner list.

### Bonus: we can also use your agency to sell or let the property once improved (and for future projects).
