Assisted Sale to Resolve Cash Flow and Tenant Arrears 

This project was structured as an assisted sale to support a landlord who had experienced three years of non-payment from a tenant, placing significant strain on cash flow and mortgage commitments. 

Jaox agreed a bespoke solution that allowed the landlord to exit the situation with certainty, while ensuring the tenant was supported appropriately throughout the process. A 15-month option agreement was secured to allow sufficient time for all issues to be resolved before sale.

3. Tenant eviction managed compliantly, with professional oversight 

4. Debt management guidance provided to the tenant 

5. Liaison with the local council to support tenant rehousing 

This approach ensured all parties were treated fairly while risks were addressed early and transparently.
